Q: Do you provide transportation in any city or town?

A: Yes. If we have a local provider in the area.

Q: If I need service now can you help?

A: Yes. But not always, we are non-emergency service. We will try to dispatch your call ASAP and we suggest to make reservation as early as you can to assure timely service.

Q: I do not have a wheelchair. Can you provide one?

A: Yes. All types of wheelchairs are available. We can even rent one.

Q: I need travel long distance, can you provide such service?

A: Yes. If travel time is more then 12 hours we provide two drivers.

Q: I am an overweight person. Is there a weight limit for the service?

A: Yes. Our hydraulic lifts have rating of no more then 650 lbs.

Q: I live on the fourth floor and my building has no elevator. Can you carry me up and down?

A: Yes. Depending on your weight and staircase, we will have to provide two or more operators and a special stair chair.

Q: Can you accommodate more then one wheelchair bound passenger?

A: Yes. We can transport up to 4 wheelchair bound passengers.

Q: My mother is handicapped. Can I travel with her in the same vehicle?

A: Yes. Our full size vans can accommodate up to 7 ambulatory passengers in addition to a wheelchair.
